Facilitation
John’s portfolio of facilitation work continues to grow within three key strands. The first is leadership and top team facilitation where John’s commercial clients have engaged him to work with top teams to improve their effectiveness and strategic decision making. The second strand is event led with John regularly being asked to chair large scale corporate and public conferences. Finally John also facilitates creative sessions with smaller organizational teams normally focused on generating fresh thinking on a key commercial or operational issue.
